Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on a variety of vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs)
• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and scheduled services
• Accurately document repairs, parts used, and labor time in the shop management system
• Use diagnostic tools, scanners, and manufacturer-specific equipment effectively
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Meet or exceed flat-rate hour targets while maintaining high-quality standards
• Collaborate with service advisors and parts department to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Stay current with manufacturer technical bulletins, training, and certifications

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician
• ASE certifications (preferred, especially A1-A8)
• Ability to work efficiently under a flat-rate compensation structure
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
